Reports
The Reports module generates aggregate clinical and programme data from the same records that clinical staff create during patient care. There are no separate reporting forms, no manual tallying, and no end-of-month data re-entry. Reports reflect the real-time state of the facility's clinical activity.
What reports are available
Reports span all active clinical modules:
| Area | What is reported |
|---|---|
| OPD | Patient attendances, diagnoses, drug dispensing, waiting time |
| HIV/ART | New enrolments, active clients, viral load suppression, retention, loss to follow-up |
| TB | Presumptive TB identified, treatment success, outcomes |
| MCH | ANC attendance, deliveries, immunization coverage |
| Hepatitis | New enrolments, treatment uptake, outcomes |
| Inpatient | Admissions, bed occupancy, average length of stay, discharge outcomes |
| Laboratory | Test volumes, turnaround time by test type |
| Pharmacy | Drug consumption by item and service point |
Period and scope
Reports can be generated for any date range and filtered by facility or service point. For multi-facility deployments, administrators can pull reports that aggregate data across all facilities or drill down to a specific site.
Programme indicator compliance
HIV and TB report structures align with national and international programme reporting standards. The system calculates disaggregations by age, sex, and other variables as required, without additional manual data entry.
Export
Reports can be exported to standard formats for submission to programme offices or further analysis. The underlying data is clean and consistent because it comes from structured clinical records, not free-text fields or manual aggregations.
